Distance Sales Agreement

This text is a sample agreement for general information purposes. The order-specific agreement is generated at the time of purchase with the party and product details.

1. Parties and Subject

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties between the SELLER and the BUYER, within the framework of the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered electronically by the BUYER.

2. Product and Payment

The essential characteristics of the product, the sales price (VAT included) and the payment method are stated on the order page and become final upon order confirmation.

3. Delivery

The product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within the legal period. Shipping and delivery terms are separately regulated on the Cancellation/Return/Delivery page.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason. Exceptions are subject to legislation.
